Chris Bobo
President/Owner

Began in 1992

Chris is a graduate of Bradshaw High School and the University of North Alabama. Following graduation, Chris served on active duty as an officer and helicopter pilot with the US Army. He began work at Alabama Land Services in 1992, and became president of the company in 2000. Chris is married to Jill, and they have two daughters, Caroline and Kathleen.

Jill Bobo
Vice President & Policy Production Officer

Originally from Clarksville, TN, Jill has been with Alabama Land Services since 1992. She currently works as our Policy Production Officer, as well as being a co-owner of our company with her husband, Chris Bobo. Together they have two daughters, Caroline and Kathleen. Jill is a licensed Alabama Title Insurance Agent.

Janet Archer
Title Officer

Janet has been with our company for 26 years, first beginning in 1992. Before moving to Alabama, she served four years in the US Navy. Janet first started with our closing department where she worked for 12 years before moving to the title department where she is now.

Sharon Cole
Closing Supervisor/Title Officer

Began in 2017

Sharon joined our team in June of 2017 as a title officer. She came to our company with a background of 40 years’ experience in title research, real estate, and mortgage lending. Sharon is a licensed Alabama Title Insurance agent, and, in addition to being a title officer, has been our Closing Supervisor since 2020. She has previously been licensed as an Alabama Real Estate Agent and Florida Mortgage Lender.

Jeff Herring
Mapping Department

A graduate from the University of North Alabama with a B.S. in Geography, Jeff currently works in the mapping department of Alabama Land Services and has been with us since 1992. He maintains the title plant for our company, which includes both Lauderdale and Colbert Counties. Jeff is married to Denise, and has one son, Sam.

Pat Kimbrell
Title Officer

Pat attended and graduated from Northwest Shoals Community College, and has been working in our title department since April of 1994. Pat is married to David Kimbrell, and has one daughter, Heather. Pat is a licensed Alabama Title Insurance Agent.

Cyndi Liles
Title Officer

Began in 2002

Cyndi has been with Alabama Land Services since April of 2002, where she worked first in our closing department for six years before transferring to our title department where she has been for 10 years. Cyndi’s background includes working as a loan officer, working for an area appraiser, and working with a real estate company before joining our team.

Randy Nash
Senior Title Officer

Began in 1972

Randy was first hired with our company during college in 1972, to be a draftsman, to do deliveries and microfilming, and act as a general office boy. He went full time in 1976 where he began making abstracts and writing title insurance. Randy has been with us before the move to our current building, and even when we were still using typewriters and pen and paper! Randy is a  licensed Alabama Title Insurance Agent.

Erica Hennessee
Closing Officer

Erica joined our staff in March of 2020. She has an extensive knowledge of real estate, having worked as a real estate agent for many years. She works relentlessly to get transactions to the closing table because she knows how important it is for everyone from realtors, lenders, and clients. If she isn’t answering emails, phone calls, or working on closing documents, she is keeping the staff laughing and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Erica is from Madison, AL, but has lived in Florence for 10 years, graduating from the University of North Alabama in 2013. She stayed close to the area because of the small-town hospitality and community feel. Erica and her husband, Chad, have two fur children, Piper and Presley. On the weekends, you can find Erica cheering for Alabama football or attending a country concert.

Kristy Thompson
Pre/Post Closer

Began in 2020

A graduate from Rogers High School, Kristy joined the Alabama Land Services team in our closing department in February of 2020. She previously worked in the Lauderdale County Probate Office/Court for 22 years, serving the citizens of Lauderdale County in numerous capacities including Chief Clerk and as Special Appointed Probate Judge on two separate occasions.

Jennifer Johnson
Administrative Assistant

Began in 2023

Jennifer Johnson joined Alabama Land Services in 2023 as our Administrative Assistant. She graduated from Mars Hill Bible School and Auburn University. She is married to Bradley Johnson and they have two boys, Parker- 10, and Connor-8. In her free time, she is taking her boys to all their sports games and practice and watching Auburn football!
